Having a house built while living 350 miles away from Marquette provided some challenges. We are happy we worked with Fogaroli Construction Solutions to build our home!
We were very impressed with the quality of the work that Nino and his crew performed. The final reveal left us speechless, as we were blown away by how great the house looks. We especially like how Nino is constantly looking for ways to cut costs while maintaining quality. His suggestions saved us thousands of dollars over the course of the construction. He made some great suggestions that definitely added to the overall look of our home without greatly increasing the cost.
Erin Swadley helped us every step of the way and we couldn’t have done it without her. She coordinated meetings with people for kitchen and bath cabinetry, flooring, stone, countertops, custom shower design, electrical, plumbing, and rough ins for times we could be there. Erin went with us to appointments and really helped with the design elements of the house. She was especially great about making suggestions, letting us know if something didn’t look right, and helping us fix it. Erin offered solutions and alternatives, and kept us posted on the progress throughout the build with texts, emails, and photos.

Fogaroli Construction Solutions is owned and operated by Nino Fogaroli, who moved to the UP to play hockey for the MQT Electricians. Originally from the Lower Peninsula, Nino loved the area so much that he decided to build his career here. After attending Northern Michigan University with a degree in Accounting, he worked as a CPA, later embarking on his construction business. Having grown up in the industry, he has always been passionate about building and construction. Today, he serves on the UP Home Builders Association board and lives in Marquette with his wife, Sarah, and their two daughters. The family enjoys spending time together in the great outdoors of the Upper Peninsula. He is proud to offer real construction solutions to residents of the UP.
