When you have a dream for your home, whether with a new build or a remodel, Fogaroli Construction Solutions can make it a reality. We will work with you to understand what your family needs, how you want your space to look, and what your budget is so we can deliver the best value. You are at the center of our process, and we work to ensure that you have the space you need for your family while staying within your budget. With our five-step process, you will know what to expect from the moment you decide to work with Fogaroli Construction Specialists until your build is completed.

Financing. Getting pre-approval for a construction loan if you are working with a lender is the best course of action. This will give you a better idea of the budget you are working with so that our team can help you design the perfect layout for your new home.

Lot and Plan Selection. Creating a space you love is important, but it should be functional, too, and functionality is about getting the right project in the right space. Whether you have pre-selected plans or no plans at all, we have you covered when it comes to lot and plan selection.

Open Communication. Our team will walk with you through every step of the process to create the home of your dreams within your budget.

Home Personalization. We will go through every area of the home and help you select materials. Certain spaces in your home, like the kitchen and bathrooms, will require more attention and a more in-depth design process. To get an idea of the general cost of the project, we will determine the products that you like and then set an “allowance.” After the bidding and contract process is completed, we will go over everything again so you will have ample time to choose specific details without feeling overwhelmed with decision-making.

Bidding and Contract. Once you have selected the materials to personalize your home, we will send out bids to our subcontractors. When bids come in, we will develop a contract for you that outlines all of the products that will be used in your home. Our team will make sure you understand the contract that was proposed, the timeline for your project, and the process to complete your build. When all of that is completed, we will get the build started.

The Build. Quality craftsmanship guides every project we complete at Fogaroli Construction Solutions. We maintain regular contact with you throughout the entire build process. There is a master schedule for each project so that we deliver your dream home during the time provided. Once the home is approximately one month away from completion, we will give you a move-in date. When your move-in date arrives, our team will walk you through an orientation so you are able to see all of the personalized home-building solutions we incorporated into your build. After the orientation is completed, we will hand you the keys to the home of your dreams!
